Job Description:
The Process Engineer and SUIT role is critical to the development of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses and to lead the change management role on projects, ensuring all inputs are available, factory is geared up for new innovations, VIP, product transfers, roll-outs, recipe changes, line extension within an agreed time plan.

- Process engineering monitoring and controls
- Focused Improvement and WCM
- Production Support and Process Plant Optimization
- Innovations and VIP Projects
- Design and execution of main plant trials, both Feasibility and Capability
- Product innovation and execution
- Product development with the Research and Development Durban based team
Job Requirements:
- Able to manage stakeholders for projects
- Able to manage multiple projects parallel
- Able to make logical decisions based on data;
- Possess challenging and pioneering spirit.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in AM, PM, Quality, FI and EEM/EPM tools and processes
- Experience in statistics and process control tools.
