Job Description: 

To support and maintain Anglo American Platinum HR Technology landscape and ensure ongoing delivery of the reporting and analytics requirements in support of the business, whilst ensuring alignment to the broader Group wide strategy and approach for the development of HR Technology, Analytics & Data in the Human Resources function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the broader business by working with others in such a way that it optimises the overall business results, rather than just your team’s.
• Identify any issues around these that interfere with the ability of your team to complete work or meet the plan / strategy. For processes within your authority, make the required changes. For others, escalate these issues to seek action and / or look for alternative solutions
• Support the design, development, and ongoing review of the Group HR Technology Roadmap in alignment to the broader HR Services strategy and its principles. This includes systems and support/service models for the delivery thereof.
• Responsible for ensuring that all HR technology initiatives within Platinum deliver against clearly defined Project Management, Change
• Management, Project Delivery methodologies ensuring adoption of HR technology solution.
• Develop forward looking views around the utilisation of new technologies within the HR Technology space looking for opportunities for innovation and automation to improve process and customer engagement, aligning to the broader Group Digital Workplace Strategy.
• Accountable for the adoption of the HR Technology solutions at Platinum

Job Requirements:

• Experience of working within an HR Technology environment within a complex multi-national organisation
• Understanding and experience of HR systems – SAP ERP & Success Factors or similar.
• Track record of managing successful HR Technology projects and service delivery frameworks
• Advanced understanding of Human Resources data systems and technologies.
• Competent Understanding of HR Technology Project Management, Project Delivery and Change Management.
