Job Description:

To ensure minimization of the and revenue losses by analyzing and identifying potential high losses to ensure that adequate corrective measures and effective coordination of activities between the GCS and Distribution Operating Units are taken.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate the recovery of energy and revenue losses
• Initiate the prosecution process
• Ensure co-ordination and execution of the energy and revenue losses management plan in the Operating Unit
• Co-ordinate auditing and verifications of installations in liaison with Field and Metering staff
• Stakeholder Management

Job Requirements:

• Eskom Systems and data base knowledge
• 5 years related experience in working with Customers and Customer relations
• Negotiation skills

• Workflow system knowledge
• Customer Acquisition process knowledge
• Interpersonal skills

• National Diploma in Engineering/ Finance/ Commerce/ Marketing
